Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. Relax in the hammock on the veranda, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fire, cosy up in bed under the feather duvet lit with fairy lights. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

However, if that is not your cup of tea, you are only a short walk from the heart of the gorgeous, quaint town of Longridge.

If you love walking / mountain biking again this is the place with many walks and trails on your door step . We can now accommodate 3 people at the cottage, we have a double bed and sofa bed . There is also a lockable bike shed should any of our cycling guests need it . Lots of free parking

The Boat House with Hot Tub is perfect retreat for couples or small families. It's floor to ceiling windows create a stunning facade that boasts breath-taking views across our 24 acre lake. It has a shower room, open-plan lounge and with wide screen freeview TV, iPod dock, Wii console DVD player, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Smeg fridge freezer.
