The property is situated within a secure gated development with a courtyard garden just outside the City wall. The property is on the 2nd floor with lift access from the underground carpark. There are 2 good sized double bedrooms and bathrooms (one is an en-suite). All rooms are bright and airy. There are 3 windows in the living room which maximise light and space. The owner has invested in quality furniture, linen and comfortable bedding to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The bedroom has a double bed with super comfy mattress, in a quiet rear room. Lounge/dining area with TV, two single Ikea armchairs and a small sofa. Kitchen, bathroom with shower and a courtyard area with table and 2 chairs.

Right next to Kent Cricket Ground and a 5 minute walk from local hospitals. We are a short drive from beautiful seaside towns and east Kent landmarks.

The flat is a lovely studio with a separate kitchen and bathroom. It has glorious views from all windows. It is perfectly placed minutes from the Old Town and for delightful beach walks. It is my home and I rent it out when I am away so others can enjoy the delightful calm of the views and the charms of Margate.
