An ideal place to unwind and relax, it is set away from from the rest of the property so guests can enjoy their privacy, but we are hear to help if needed. Clean and very comfortable the cottage is full of charm and has a private patio area with views over the garden and open countryside beyond.

Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !

The Annexe is 15 minutes drive from Poole town centre and the local beaches. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.

It comprises of one comfortable double bed and has its own private shower room with toilet outside ,adjacent to the chalet. Christchurch Rail Station is a 5min walk and it takes only 10 mins to walk to the historic town of Christchurch with its Priory and beautiful river walks.
