Whether it be fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking or relaxing by the campfire or water, there is something for everyone.

Large, renovated Farmhouse with well-stocked kitchen, lake views and a brand-new, large trex dock. Comes with two paddle boards and fishing kayak to explore the lake. Watch the sunrise/sunset on the large front porch or walk across the street to the dock to fish or swim in beautiful Laurel Lake. Take a short walk to the local ice cream parlor or stop in to have a beer and the best wings at the Lake View Inn. Short drive to local breweries and two golf courses. No events/parties allowed.

Welcome to your home away from home. This bright colourful home in Binghamton New York, is Ryan's childhood home. Built by his Poppa in 1973. We purchased the house in 2021, and had a cosmetic remodel. The house is now complete with modern furniture, fixtures, bedroom sets, and major kitchen appliances all purchased in 2022.
