Exclusive use of a private 3-acre glamping site with a fully equipped party barn which has a large kitchen, shower room, and spacious indoor dining/lounge and bar area. Each Emperor tent sleeps 4 made up of a double and 2 singles (8 in total) and from September the tents have stoves fitted to keep you warm at night. There is also the option to bring one additional tent for 4 people. Outdoors, enjoy croquet, rounders, badminton, netball, and boules. There is a fire pit and BBQ. Dogs very welcome

Firs safari tent

Escape to nature in our fully furnished safari tent - a perfect countryside retreat for families and small groups. Sleeping up to 5 guests across 3 cosy bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 single), there’s plenty of space to unwind. Inside is a well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, hot running water, sink and fridge. The open-plan living and dining area offers comfortable seating, a large farmhouse table and a wood-burning stove. Step onto your private deck, ideal for morning coffee or evening sundowners.

South Downs Glamp Out

Stay under the stars of the South Downs, to a soundtrack of birdsong, surrounded by nature and access to the creature comforts of a home. Mains power supplied to the tent. 2 mins walk from Lancing Ring Nature Reserve 5 mins drive from the beach 10 mins walk to local pub/restaurant 15 mins drive to Brighton Anytime access to a house toilet. Use of the main bathroom and kitchen is allowed outside of peak family use times. (Bathroom peak 7-9am & 6-7.30pm, kitchen peak 7-8.30am & 4-6.30pm)

LandPod

Come and stay in our LandPod on Sindles Farm. Sleeping 2 adults & up to 2 children on a super comfortable double bed and quirky bunk bed. It’s a picnic, sleepover, wild adventure kinda pod. Flip open the waterproof cover to bring all the open air fun of a convertible car to a pop up glamping experience. Mattresses provided, guests must bring bedding, cooking equipment, plates, everything you require. Picnic bench and communal fire pit available. Get in touch if you have any questions.

Bell Tent Glamping

Lovely private area, cosy bell tent with all the luxuries. Plenty of outdoor seating, suitable for outdoor dining and relaxing in the tranquil environment. Toilet and washing facilities (no shower/hot water) onsite. We do not have electric on site. Please note the price for 2 adults is if only the double bed is required. If an additional bed is required this will be at the cost of £15 per night (a payment request will be sent once beds required is confirmed).

Holmsted Himalayas Bell Tents - Starling

The glampsite is located within the South Downs National Park, set in around 10 acres. We are completely secluded, surrounded by stunning countryside, with the nearby market town of Petersfield is just 3 miles away, and the Ashford Hangers National Nature Reserve just a few minutes walk.
