Superb bespoke garden room

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish garden room. Set in its own garden away from our home but with its own bathroom. The garden room has a double bed (with king size duvet), a sofa bed (with mattress topper for use with double duvet) and table with 2 chairs. There’s a TV with Netflix plus a mini fridge and kettle. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a few treats 😋. The bathroom includes a loo, shower and basin. When the weather’s fine there’s a hammock and outdoor chairs.

It stands 700ft above sea level, close to the top of the Cotswold escarpment. The house boasts arguably the most spectacular views in Cheltenham, looking towards Cheltenham Racecourse, over Cheltenham and to the Malvern Hills, Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountains of Wales.

Cheltenham town centre is a pleasant walk away or easily accessible by bus or car. We have always taken pride in the level of cleanliness at each changeover and have increased our thoroughness in light of recent guidelines with regard to reducing the spread of infectious diseases.
