Il est situé dans le bourg de Pontlevoy avec boulangerie ouverte dès 6h30 sauf le mercredi et un Carrefour Contact ( 8h/20h sauf le dimanche 9h/13h) à proximité. C'est un gîte bien équipé sur la parcelle des hôtes avec un petit jardin privatif.
