It boasts an open floorplan with full kitchen, queen bedroom, loft with two twin beds, brand new HotTub, satellite TV, WiFi, Netflix, outdoor games, fire pit, and large porch to watch the sunset and farm animals.

River Roost

River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. A guest binder is provided with information about the area and surrounding communities.
