The Avon Festival Get-Away

We take pride in ensuring our place is clean, polished and comfortable. A 16 min walk to the Festival Theatre on Queen St. It is a pretty walk along the arboretum and Avon River. We have a well equipped kitchenette, and a high end Kreuig for your tea, coffee, and chai latte needs, all free of charge - also has a cold brew feature! Our basement suite is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). The suite has free parking and a private entrance.

Forest Loft - Forest, Sauna, Ponds & Stargazing

The “Forest Loft” is a one-of-a-kind space surrounded by the old-growth trees of Kinghurst Forest. The 1,600-square-foot space sleeps up to four and features two Queen-size beds and linens, huge harvest table, indoor kitchenette with a stovetop and fridge, filtered water, shower, propane and wood stove heating, in-door basketball hoop, hammock, picnic table, a commercial grade BBQ, fire ring and access to two beautiful spring-fed ponds. Access to Finnish sauna for four is available on request.

The Carriage House Suites - the North Suite

Welcome to the Carriage House Suites located on the edge of beautiful Blyth Ontario. The suites are next to the historical former Grand Trunk Railway Station that is converted into a home. There is so much to do in Blyth and surrounding area, from dining, live theatre, a craft brewery, to shopping, and beautiful trails. The suites are a short twenty minute drive to the beaches of Lake Huron. There are two suites available, the North Suite and the South Suite. The suites are listed separately.

Relax in an A-frame Cottage over looking a stocked trout pond surrounded by trees. 20 acres of trails. Fish swim, kayak or canoe in the pond or creek. Watch the ducks, frogs, herons, birds, turtles & a variety of wildlife. Enjoy the stars & roast marshmallows at the camp fire. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, wood stove, fire pit and 3 piece bathroom. Centrally located near Old Baldy Lookout, Beaver Valley, Blue Mountain and Duncan Caves. The perfect spot to relax and unwind!
