There is a bar and grill on the property as well as ski boat, jet ski and pontoon rentals available. Situated within a mile of the reservoir and boat launches we are nestled in the woods for a very secluded getaway. You will be a mile from all that North Liberty has to offer. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families up to 5.. I keep it small because I dont want big crazy parties.. it’s 36 miles from Kinnick stadium and 19 mile from down town cedar rapids .Also 2 golf courses each 25 mins away.. Im right off the paved road .My place is also pet friendly with a large outside kennel and one smaller one inside.. it also has a washer drye, smoker, grill , wood fired pizza and a flat griddle if u like to cook breakfest..its perfect..
