TV (50 inch) is located in the open concept living area. Also, TVs are in each bedroom. There is a large deck overlooking the ocean with BBQ and deck furniture. Air conditioned.

NEW THIS YEAR, we have two heat pumps to provide some air conditioning and better heating. A 3-5 minute drive will bring you to charming North Rustico Harbour with groceries, dining, shopping and a beautiful sand beach. Very near local sites: 15 min drive to Cavendish beach, Green Gables, Avonlea Village and golf courses. We are licensed by PEI Tourism.

The Mermaid Shore House is a brand new wheelchair accessible build overlooking the Hillsborough River, a small beach and city lights of Charlottetown. This well equipped two bedroom house is bright and spacious with numerous windows that take advantage of the stunning water views and sunsets. Imagine, after an evening BBQ sipping chilled wine in your hot tub while enjoying the harbour lights. Launching from the shore is easy and convenient. Bring your kayaks, seadoos or paddle boards.

Oceanfront cottage

Nomad Shores is a cottage on well over an acre of ocean front land. Confederation Bridge can be seen under most weather conditions. The cottage is located west of Summerside and is central to all major attractions. There is a deck on three sides of the cottage and a balcony off the master bedroom to maximize your outdoor relaxing opportunities. New for 2018. A Sun Room has been built. A half bathroom has been added upstairs. Sorry. No pets allowed at this location.

Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.

Welcome to the community of Cape Traverse where osprey, eagles and blue herons will be your neighbours. And if you’re lucky even a seal or two! Your vacation home is adorned with some of our favourite Island artists; botanically dyed linens, Island pottery and MacAusland wool blankets are speckled throughout. Dormeo mattresses and flax linen bedding will be sure to lull you to sleep if the sound of the waves don’t beat them to it.
