Le logement se situe dans une villa qui comprend trois appartements, nous louons également un studio voisin à celui-ci à l'étage inférieur. Parfait pour les familles, le logement bénéficie de nombreuses aménités: jardin, piscine, terrain multisport, salle de gym. L’appartement ne convient pas à 4 adultes. L'appartement comprend une cuisine équipée, un salon TV, 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. L'appartement est climatisé/chauffé, et offre une vue spectaculaire et un accès direct à une grande terrasse privée à la piscine et au jardin. L'accés au logement se fait via un petit portail privatif qui donne directement sur la rue.
