Vi è abbondante giardino sia per momenti di rilassamento e di attività varie, sia per il parcheggio delle auto. Davanti al Corbezzolo vi è Il Frassino, sempre di pertinenza dell'agriturismo.

The property is highly standard furnished and has an independent terrace for dining. Through small stairs it reaches a big stone-wall surrounded garden with brick BBQ, which is in common with another apartment of the same owner. They can be rented separately or together. Free public parking at 2' min walking from the house.

Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful medieval village dating back to the year 1000.

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

Our apartment is perfectly equipped to enjoy a peaceful holiday and / or work in smartworking, in fact it is equipped with many comforts and has an excellent wifi connection, which allows you to work as in the office.
