Our chic apartment in the heart of Yorkville is within a five-minutes-walk to ROM and Gardener museums, University of Toronto, libraries, theatre, bookstore, parks, subway stations, church, Whole Foods, and all retail stores, from Chanel, Dior, Holt Renfrew, to COS, Sephora, and Winners. Nestled among Park Hyatt and Hazelton Hotel, our building was previously the historic Four Seasons Hotel, and the upscale area around it is bustling with cafes, restaurants and art galleries.

The GREEN Room in the trendy Ossington-Bloor area

The Green Room (with no kitchen or laundry but with a small fridge, kettle & coffee maker) is spacious and beautifully decorated. We are a 5 minutes walk to the subway and everything is in this area - all types of restaurants, cafes, a mall, trendy stores, etc. If you like to walk, you can walk downtown, to Chinatown, Koreatown, the UofT, even High Park. I love meeting people from all over and will be available to talk and help you out as needed.

This room is for ONE person only. Your room is on the 3rd floor and is air-conditioned in the summer. We have a shared bathroom on the 2nd floor. This bathroom is not for bathing - we have a renovated bathroom in the basement for showering. We supply soap, towels, etc. You may use our microwave and kettle, but we prefer little to no use of the stove. This is a case-by-case basis so please let us know if you intend to cook in our space.
