Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

GIO' - L'attico fronte lago

Questo attico ha una fantastica vista in quanto le finestre si affacciano sul lago, proprio di fronte a Villa Pliniana. L appartamento fa parte di una antica villa di fine 800, ristrutturata. Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. Si trova nel centro del tipico paese di Carate Urio, di fronte alla caffetteria, alla farmacia, a due negozi di alimentari ed alla fermata dei bus C10 e C20. il parcheggio pubblico è davanti all'entrata della casa

Appartamento con 2 locali ed un bagno posto al secondo piano di una casa tipica italiana. La zona giorno ha un divano letto (2 letti singoli) e cucina completa di tutti gli accesori; camera da letto con pavimento in legno e letto matrimoniale (possibilità di lettino bebè). La casa ha due terrazzi(con un tavolino e sedie) da cui si vede il nostro bel lago. Casa con climatizzatori e Wi-fi gratuiti. La casa si trova sulla Greenaway. Luogo ideale per visitare i posti più belli del lago di Como.

Two double bedrooms (with baby bed for main bedroom), one bathroom with shower and a kitchen/living room (with double couch bed). It has two balconies and a terrace, all with lake views, and only a 5 minute walk down steps to a small lakeside beach and a lake front walk. With private parking from April 2026.

Luxueus appartement met meerzicht bij Bellagio

LaDimora werd gebouwd in 1850 aan de Strada Regia. Dit is een Romeins (ezels)pad dat Como met Bellagio verbindt. Bij de renovatie van dit sfeervolle boerenhuis werden alle denkbare moderne voorzieningen gecombineerd met de mooie oude sfeer elementen. LaDimora ligt op wandel afstand van het strand, de bushalte, verschillende restaurants, een bar, kano- en (speed)bootverhuur en een supermarkt waar je dagelijks vers brood kunt kopen en ook pizza kunt bestellen (één dag van te voren bestellen).

La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .
