Lago balneabile e dalle acque particolarmente limpide. La temperatura dell'acqua è particolarmente mite ed è possibile nuotare da fine maggio sino ad inizio Ottobre. E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. La casa sul lago, relax e quiete meditativa, Orta

Appartamento articolato in ampio spazio con sala da pranzo, salotto e cucina. Grande tavolo che può essere usato come scrivania, ampia cucina, angolo divani con TV. Si gode di una bella vista dello spazio verde del giardino. Sopra un soppalco con travi a vista: uno spazio relax con divano letto due posti che diventa un letto molto confortevole. Un corridoio conduce alla camera da letto, con letto francese e il balconcino con vista sul lago e un bel tavolino. Accanto c'è il bagno con doccia.

E' l'unico appartamento direttamente affacciato sulla piscina comune, e' stato ricavato in un antica cantina, per questo e' un po' buio ma in estate risulta il piu' fresco del complesso!!! E' dotato di un ampio portico privato dove poter rilassarsi e godere di pranzi e cene all'aperto.
