2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

A hidden gem and a historic treasure, this home offers ample space for reading, relaxing, and getting away from the hustle and bustle of daily life; located only 1/4 mile from First Miracle Vine and Wine, our family-owned farm and venue serving hand-crafted wines (ask us about bookings for your wedding/event). You don't have to go far to get away!

There is ample seating in the dining room so you can enjoy a meal in our fully equipped kitchen. For an al fresco meal, seating on the back porch is available. There is 1 bdrm/1 bath downstairs and 2 bdrm/1 bath upstairs. A small wagon with 4 chairs is available to easily get to and from the dock.
