Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Approximately 5 minutes to Ft Bragg, 10minutes from Raeford, 25 minutes from I95 and 25 minutes to the airport. The house has three bedrooms all with queen sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for individuals who like to cook. The living room is equipped with a television and a roku. A washer and dryer is available for use in the garage.
