Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

We have meticulously decorated each room to make the space unique and comfortable. Built in 1968, our a-Frame is located minutes away from the Kingdom Trails, Burke Mountain, Lake Willoughby, and across the street from the VAST trail. With picturesque views from our street, and all the amenities, you may never want to leave the aframe.

Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

Peaceful Place to Enjoy Your Stay in the NEK

Minutes away from Burke and just a hop off of I-91, this is your start and end to a great day in the NEK. There is a large bedroom and bathroom downstairs with three smaller bedrooms and a small half bath upstairs. There is ample parking and a fenced in yard if you want to bring your dog. There is a stream and hiking trail out back with an active sugar house with tours available upon request. Plenty of wood and a fire pit outside. Starlink internet to upload your adventures at blazing speed!

Rustic, off grid (no electricity) timber framed cabin nestled in the hills 5 minutes from Kingdom Trails mountain bike network and Burke Mountain bike park! Our cabin sits in a meadow surrounded by wildflowers and adjacent to a small apple orchard. You'll have beautiful views of Burke Mountain with a short walk up the hill and 38 acres to explore. We have an outdoor fire pit, lawn games and a composting toilet close by. Come enjoy this magical place with your friends and family!

It's electric car friendly plug on side of house. Fast internet starlink 443 mbps down load and 450 mbps up load. Security camera on the front of house facing the front door and down the driveway. Second security camera is facing the front of house and parking lot.

It's a quiet, private setting off from West Darling Hill road. Huge sunny deck with grill and picnic table along with comfy seating to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!
