Located in downtown Bethlehem with shops & restaurants - 12 min to Cannon Mountain, 17 min to Bretton Woods, and 8 min to Littleton. Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, comfortable bedrooms, and a family room in the basement. Outside you'll find a hot tub, fire pit, and trails. Your memorable adventure awaits!

With stunning views of Burke Mountain, the Grey Barn is also the perfect spot to relax & enjoy the clouds rolling over the mountains.

The Loft at River's Edge w/hot tub!

The Loft at River's Edge is a private, spacious, second floor river view apartment at the end the hosts' main house. Views of the Connecticut River and Vermont's mountains are breathtaking. Spacious lawns abound throughout the property. Guests have their own outdoor area where they can enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home."

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road.

Access to separate, heated, secure storage cage and barn with tuning bench for all gear.

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Comfy and cozy private studio condo with breathtaking views of the Green Mountains! This condo is a stones throw away from skiing at Burke Mountain. We are just a short drive or walk away from the mid-Burke chair lift. This condo has a queen size bed. There’s a stove and microwave for all your cooking needs. All guests have access to the hotel hot tub and fitness center for $5. TV is for streaming only, no cable. WiFi is available.

Darling Hill 1 BR Suite with Hot Tub and Sauna

Take the stone path to your private suite for the evening. The suite is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance and private patio for your enjoyment. We are located on Darling Hill, adjacent to the Chapel and directly on Kingdom Trails. It is a peaceful setting with a hot tub and sauna for after your day of outdoor adventure. We are approximately 10 minutes from Burke Mountain and a 1/4 mile from the VAST trail network.
