The building is solid brick throughout making it very quiet for those seeking a good night's sleep. There is a parking space with the apartment. It is solely used for Airbnb guests and vacant in-between bookings. Always available to provide advice to make your stay the best, unless of course I'm away staying at an Airbnb overseas. The apartment is in the trendy suburb of Teneriffe. It's near the city centre, upmarket shops, movie houses, nightlife, and restaurants. Running areas and a swimming pool are within walking distance. James Street shops are a 5-minute walk away. Check-in is from 3 pm and check out by 11 am to allow a change over if there are adjacent bookings, however, if there are no adjacent bookings then the times are flexible for check-in and out

The property is located less than 300 meters from Oxford Street which has a fantastic selection of cafes and restaurants. It is also an ideal base to explore Brisbane, as it is only a short walk to the Bulimba ferry terminal - not to mention various transportation options. The property has a great outdoor area that has a very private garden and has been furnished to a very high standard. There is also secure parking for one vehicle and free parking on the street if you have additional cars.

This north Brisbane downstairs apartment has easy access from the quiet inner-city suburban street, surrounded by leafy trees, and air-conditioned. Off-road parking is available. It is a short walk to a lovely coffee shop and the bus stop, close to the shopping village and train station, and 20 minutes drive from the airport. Guests may have complete privacy, with access directed as needed. Otherwise, I and my husband are usually home and guests may be greeted and made welcome if they wish.
