We live on the main level and we have a two bedroom unit (each with king beds) & two full baths on the terrace level. Full living room & kitchen. We are located on the main channel of beautiful Lake Lanier where you can fish, canoe, kayak and play in the water. We have a beautiful beach front area with picnic table, beach chairs, fire pit and dock with party deck. We are rated the #1 AirBnB in Gainesville!

The home sits across the bay from Lake Lanier Islands waterpark. The home rests in a protected cove with very little boat traffic.

Although lakefront, you can’t see the lake very well from cabin, & dock is about 200 yards from the house, down a gradually sloping wide path to get to dock/lake. Dogs welcome w/$100 fee per dog. One king bedroom is above the garage.
