Our rammed-earth self-contained separate guest retreat is situated in a large peaceful 12-acre bush setting only a few minutes drive from Buderim village. Visiting kangaroos, a modern peaceful space and views into the bush all contribute to a serene stay, whether you are with us for two nights, two weeks, or longer. A hidden suburban oasis. Our family has lived in and travelled to many countries and we look forward to welcoming visitors from around the globe - or from just around the corner.

A private luxury retreat located on the 2nd floor with hinterland and ocean views, pool, traditional sauna and ice bath. Wake up to hinterland and Mount Coolum views, enjoy a morning swim or sauna, take the plunge in the ice bath, then head to the beach, explore the coast or simply slow down by the pool. Come sunset, fire up the BBQ, relax around the fire pit and enjoy the view. This isn’t just somewhere to sleep, it’s a place to switch off, recharge and enjoy the Sunshine Coast properly.

This private self-contained apartment is situated in a renovated Queenslander, within easy walking distance to the beach, the river, restaurants and cafes, shops and movies. With its own private courtyard, my place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers alike. Safe on- street parking. Unfortunately the property not suited for children.

The Studio is a Bright, clean, airy and stylishly decorated 1 bedroom studio apartment on the lower level of our home, two steps up so not disability friendly, ideal for couples, (sorry not child friendly.] There is a well equipped kitchenette, large corner chaise lounge, pillow-topped queen size bed, romantic candlelit bedroom, Reverse cycle air conditioning, WIFI, Large Smart Screen TV with Chromecast streaming device for watching Netflix, Stan or whatever platform you use. The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

It is wheelchair friendly with courtyard and verandah There is street parking directly at the front of the property, No on the driveway after unpacking your car as we need access to the garage.

Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area.
