Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

Welcome to Manuel Manor! This is only 5 minutes from Texas A&M and close to all of your favorite restaurants. Each bedroom has a new 12" king mattress, an a 50" amazon fire tv, and a private bathroom. The backyard is fully fenced with patio chairs and string lights. You may park two vehicles in the spots labeled "A" and the other vehicles may park in the street. We have fast wifi, a work desk, and a comfortable recliner for you to relax and watch TV. Comfy Cozy Cottage

Enjoy a relaxing stay. Centrally located, this efficiency (cottage) is a stone's throw walk or drive to downtown Bryan and just a 15-minute drive to Texas A&M University. 1 queen size bed. 1 bathroom ( shower only) sink, toilet. kitchenette with pot and pans, dishes, silverware, cutlery, etc. A laundromat, a convenience store, and local bus service are directly across the street. Parking is located in the back off Logan Ave. No pets!
