Queen-sized bed and a full-sized pull out couch plus a full bathroom will make you feel at home on your "getaway".

Centrally located, this efficiency (cottage) is a stone's throw walk or drive to downtown Bryan and just a 15-minute drive to Texas A&M University. 1 queen size bed. 1 bathroom ( shower only) sink, toilet. kitchenette with pot and pans, dishes, silverware, cutlery, etc. A laundromat, a convenience store, and local bus service are directly across the street. Parking is located in the back off Logan Ave. No pets!

The space is freshly renovated & ready to host up to two guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field & a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are not allowed at The Cottage.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil get away. Fish in the nearby pond or just hang out on the spacious grounds. This is similar to a studio apartment. There is a bathroom with a door, but the main area is bedroom, living area, and kitchen combined. There is a refrigerator, sandwich maker, hot plate, air fryer, microwave, but no actual cook stove. There is a charcoal grill on the porch. The bed is a queen size bed.

Just 10 min to TAMU, enjoy peaceful neighborhood and a private tiny home with a sleep number bed, full kitchen, ample room to relax both inside and out. 3rd person would be on a couch (it does fold out, not super comfy) Home is adjacent to our residence.
