Relax on our quaint farm in our freshly renovated Barn Loft. Enjoy nature and tranquil surrounds of Rose Cottage, complete with friendly farm animals. The loft is ideally suited to couples wanting to enjoy a quiet stay with a short walk into Hastings with its great cafes, restaurants and shops. The loft has all the basics that you need with a small kitchenette, microwave, fridge and utensils. There is airconditioning and a renovated ensuite. Welcome to Karool Cottages, your country getaway in Mernda Victoria. This historic 1853 cottage was built of locally quarried bluestone, 'Karool' being the local aboriginal word for bluestone. It originally served as a shepherd's hut, grain store, and carriage room. The cottages and facilities were renovated in 2016 to include all of the creature comforts and amenities to provide you with a private five-star experience right in the heart of farm country.

The old stables in Fitzroy North. Our space is a renovated old stables situated at the back of our home in Fitzroy north. The two properties are kept separate, so the house is all yours for the duration of your stay. We designed the space to feel as though it is connected to the garden, the wooden ceiling and large glass sliding doors open up to let nature in. This is a place for relaxation, a retreat that is still close to the fun of the city.
