De zitkamer heeft openslaande deuren naar een zonnig privé terras met prachtig uitzicht over het landschap. In de zitkamer is een keukenblokje met koelkast en koffie/ thee faciliteiten en kookgelegenheid op een 2-pits inductieplaat. Het slaapgedeelte heeft een comfortabel tweepersoons bed met eigen douche, wastafel en toilet.

Het luxe en stijlvolle verblijf ligt aan de Berkel in de historische Hanzestad Zutphen. Het is een heerlijke uitvalbasis om het hele jaar Zutphen en omgeving te verkennen. Het is slechts enkele minuten lopen naar de stad. Zutphen is een mooie stad met veel historische gebouwen met leuke winkels, musea en veel restaurants. Er zijn verschillende wandel/fiets routes. Zo kunt u het IJssel/ Berkel gebied, de bossen of Veluwe verkennen. Vanuit de achtertuin stap je zo op een sup of in een kano.
