The Key House is minutes from downtown Goldthwaite, close to all the area attractions. There are historical sites, wineries and hunting nearby. It is close to the Regency "Swinging" Suspension Bridge over the Colorado River. This renovated cottage style home offers one cozy bedroom and one bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is a double sized sofa bed in the living room as well. Baby items available upon request. Dogs welcome. Discounts available for stays a week or longer. Low cleaning fees!

Less than 5 minute drive to Promontory Park/Lake Proctor! Enjoy our 2 story home a quiet neighborhood. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms-one full size bed upstairs, one twin bed with trundle bed and a huge bean bag which fits 2 adults, also includes smart tv and sliding doors which lead to balcony. Downstairs is another bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen/dining area and living room with 70” smart tv. Golf cart, ping pong table. Boat ramps at park are now open. Covered parking for 2 cars.

House with private dock and cove on Lake Brownwood. Bring the whole gang! This newly remodeled home on the south shore of Lake Brownwood is sure to please. Enjoy the private lighted boat dock, a "jettied private cove", covered back porch with lake and sunset views. This old home has been completely upgraded while keeping the vintage charm like shiplap walls. The Wild Duck Marina is less than a mile away. FYI the lake is low. Our dock is currently a deck, with beautiful sunset views!

There’s a 40’s style radio in the living room, equipped with Alexa and ready to play your favorite songs at your command. (We used to have dance parties and practice 2 stepping. The bedrooms share a mini split unit that keep you cool in summer and warm when it’s chilly. There’s a stand alone unit in the main area of the house. There are smart tv’s in the living room, the guest room, and the loft.

Conveniently walk to The Lehnis Railroad Museum or Depot Plaza and enjoy events put on by the Chamber of Commerce. Take a short 1/2 mile drive to downtown & experience the local shops & restaurants. If you need more space, book Station B too & enjoy the entire property privately.
