Whereas the summer months bring out the cultural aspect to the neighborhood, fall and winter exposes the tranquil bitter chill of the community.

The house features a modern kitchen, formal dining room, & half bath on the 1st floor. A modern bathroom, private refrigerator, Queen size bed, dresser, closet, and a little sun-room right in your bedroom all on the 2nd Fl. This is a safe quiet residential area with easy street parking.

This is a private room with lock. Located in the first floor. We have an orange cat that lives with us. If you have any issues with cats please do not book. 25 min to grand central station. Smokers are welcome to smoke on the back yard and front yard. You will also have your own private outdoor area.

To get here fast use the metro north get off at Morris heights station then we are a 2 min walk. The house is grey and has vending machines in front. We have a front yard and backyard. Smoking is allowed but not inside the house. Welcome.
