There is plenty of covered outside space to while away the evenings submersed in nature and for the true outdoors experience try open-fire cooking with the Dutch oven and hanging barbeque. Best of all soak in the twin private baths overlooking the brook. Just add a glass of sparkling for an unforgettable experience.

Our wonderfull characterful Hut is a great place to bring your Paddleboard or canoe on the River Avon. We are commited to an off grid, sustainable experience. Wild swimming ramp. Barbeque, camp fires and open air is what we are about. It is rough and it is ready. There is a Hut, a large Bell tent and a land-locked cabin cruiser all of which you may use. Cooking is on the campfire and two burner stove. Do something different this weekend!

Our house is situated in a quiet residential area, close to local amenities, within 30min on foot to the train station, town centre, Warwick Castle or Warwick Race course/Common and St Nicholas Park. There are two eighteen holes golf courses 5min drive away. It is easy access to the A46 by pass, Leamington/Kenilworth/Stratford-Upon-Avon/ Stoneleigh/ Coventry / M40 / Birmingham There are regular buses to go to Leamington etc...
