One of 6 cottage condos, this place has the best views in the association. The waterfront area is shared with the other condos. The beach area is shallow and sandy. There is a day dock and swimming raft for sunning as the waves gently rock you. Please note that there is no oven in the kitchen, power boats not permitted by the association.

This log cabin tiny home is located right in Campton Village. It is clean, and very bright and cheery thanks to the floor-to-ceiling window that overlooks the Mad River. Includes a SMALL kitchenette (not recommended for those serious about cooking nightly feasts) and a locked outdoor storage space for skis and outdoor equipment. Small 2-person hot tub. WiFi. Level 2 EV charger on site (extra fees apply). 5 min walk from a craft brewhouse, grocery store, a vintage arcade and candy store.

There is 1 queen bed (private room) & 1 double bed (private area). Also 2 twin beds a loft area accessible by a ladder which is not intended for young children. It is nestled into a hemlock grove overlooking the active beaver pond. Walking trails and local activities at a stones throw. If you have a small boat or kayaks- BRING them! We have space in the yard and lots of local places to send you to get good use out of them. Please do not use on our pond. We have a boat available for use.
