Le jardin clos de 300m²est entouré de murs en pierres authentiques, donc les enfants et les animaux de compagnie sont en sécurité. Le jardin dispose d'un coin transats ; une terrasse ensoleillée et une deuxième terrasse à l'ombre. Des dépliants sont à disposition sur les endroits à découvrir et les bonnes adresses.

🏠 The "Lodge" townhouse in Doué la Fontaine, near the Arena and Zoo. This accommodation features 1 bedroom upstairs with a bathroom and toilet. 1 additional sleeping space (extra sofa bed) in the living room, and a dining area with all necessary kitchen equipment and a washing machine. The accommodation was fully renovated in 2022. 🦒 A decor inspired by the Doué la Fontaine Zoo (Bioparc) will invite you on a journey. ☀️ A spacious terrace and patio will allow you to spend pleasant moments.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Le Parc 79 - Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. Due to the historic nature of the property it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Come and spend some time in our little bolt hole in rural France, spend time relaxing in our lovely courtyard, exploew the Idyllic countryside. We are located between the towns of Bressuire, Thouars, Cholet & Saumur. Close to several theme parks (please see guide book). Located a few minutes from lake Hautibus. Village amenities include a boulangerie 2 mins from door, pharmacy, small supermarket and village bar, weekly market in square on Thursdays.
