This charming yet sophisticated basement level apt will invite you to settle in and you may not want to leave! Our guests love the king size bed and oversize chair and ottoman and bonus- you can watch tv from both. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, toaster, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and ironing board. The bathroom is stocked with linens & toiletries. There is plenty of room in the walk-in closet for clothes/bags or make use of the dresser. This space is perfectly suited for 2 guests.

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Queen size bed in bedroom, sofa bed queen and a futon with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is no kitchen but access to a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils.
