The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. You have your own entrance to the space. The kitchenette is the only shared space so the host can access the laundry room. Locks are installed in all other area of the ground floor to ensure your privacy.

Shopping, restaurants, the Beltway and outdoor recreation are minutes away. Guest has use of patio with table and chairs and a large back yard to sit and enjoy in good weather.

Good for single/couple cruising by the DMV on a BUDGET! -20 min walk to metro; off DC border, 18 min. drive to center of city.
