The cottage includes wifi and a 55" smart tv. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The property is surrounded by large pine trees and lots of privacy. This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

The River Lodge sits on a peaceful 5 acres on the banks of the Mississippi River featuring three levels with 7 bedrooms plus additional sleeping areas in the loft and game room, making it possible to fit up to 22 guests. With 3 additional living rooms all with smart TVs, 5 bathrooms, a game room with ping pong, several outdoor sitting areas, a beautiful fire pit patio and lawn games to enjoy, there's fun for all!

Please mind: This is a private home, it is not shared. :) Remodeled mother-in-law's house in the country beautiful area 20 acres to walk on. Restaurant and bar within walking distance less than 1 mile, great food and nice people. Lots of wildlife whether you like to fish,hunt, hike, or just sit back and take in the nature; Right on the snowmobile trails! I will also set up for special occasions w/ decorations or whatever you'd suggest; Birthdays, Valentine's, you name it! Great WiFi connection.
