This adorable studio apartment is located in the back of a gorgeous 1910 jewel of a home in Tobin Hill. It features a kitchenette with a sink, a refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom has a large beautifully tiled walk-in shower. We are located within walking distance of the Pearl area, restaurants, entertainment and watering holes! This lovely location is in close proximity to Metropolitan Methodist Hospital, Trinity University, San Antonio Military Medical Center and major thoroughfares.

It has 1 king size bed, a closet, full size bathroom, and a kitchenet with sink, 2-burner stove, a fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. It also has a Smart TV and WiFi. There can be NO SMOKING. You will also have your own private deck and private entrance to the stairway leading up to the loft.

The bathroom includes a double sink vanity and a walk in marble shower. Walking distance to Magnolia Market, Silos and many restaurants and shops!

This is one of few places in the Hill country and still be 5 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg. Its located on 43 acres, and offers a plethora of exotic wildlife. As you drive in, there will be a second gate, there's an old style wooden covered bridge crossing a pond with cascading waterfalls! You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek our back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans. We do supply coffee, sugar and creamer.

My artist's loft is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor.
