Very comfortable new 3 bedroom dwelling on acreage, centrally located and overlooking the Ringarooma River and campgrounds It's north easterly aspect and large L shaped veranda provide sun all day long. "Blazeaway" is the dwelling closest to the street on the site. It's kitchen melds seamlessly into the dining and living area, and with cathedral ceilings throughout it feels amazingly spacious. Trail View is our special spot in Derby. Historically steeped in the mining past, our bedrooms look out of lead light sunray's to the moss laden forest below as does the deep bath with unlimited hot water for bathing and showers. A relaxing , tranquil and private home with everything we need to revive the senses after an adventurous day on the trails. The wood burning heaters and fire pit circle provides us a cosy area to gather where stories are told and memories made.

Known to the locals as the bottle house, the original old cottage has plenty of character with bottles cemented into the wall around the fire place and a wagon wheel set into a stone wall. A recently completed extension has added 2 Large Bedrooms with views of the lavish hills, the property faces north catching the sun. Set on 3 acres gives it a real country living feeling while only 7 mins walk to the Dorset Hotel and 5 min ride to the Trail Head.
