Bussells Bushland Cottages - Couples/Small Family

Bussells Bushland Cottages is a 20 hectare "Land for Wildlife" property. Our 8 rammed-earth cottages are set apart in order to preserve privacy. Walk trails criss-cross the bush block which has wonderful stands of old-growth trees, as well as being home to a wide variety of bird life and mobs of kangaroos. The quoted room rate for 1 or 2 persons is based on the use of 1 bedroom. If, for any reason, guests require to use the 2nd bedroom, an extra bed charge will be levied payable before arrival.

Paddock House

Located between town and the beach. A 3 bedroom courtyard house is nestled amongst grass trees, tea-tree and eucalypts. The bespoke design maximises northern light and thoughtfully offers views to the native bushland. Unique spaces and dark interiors connect you to the landscape in this contemporary home. Just off the iconic Caves Rd, only a 5 minute drive to Prevelly and less than 10 minutes to town, this property is an ideal location to connect with the landscape and explore the region.

Valley Retreat, Treeton Winery, Margaret River

This beautiful 2 bedroom-2 bathroom cottage lies between vineyards and jarrah-marri forest. Tranquil views from every window of forest, vineyards, fields and winter creek in the valley. Designed for perfect summer and winter living, with wood fire, comfortable lounge and dining areas, well-equipped kitchen, RC-AC and WiFi. Outdoor furniture and BBQ on the covered deck. Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Kookies

Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. The river is a 5 minute walk away with stunning bush walks and trails, if you follow the river you'll find the Brewhouse! P221658

Arthouse SIX

An amazing down-south getaway, close to town and designed for total relaxation. Local artists’ work is displayed throughout the home, creating a warm, boutique feel. Enjoy a beautiful deck with your own waterfall cold plunge pool and delightful 38’C soak spa. The home has a flexible bedroom setup: three bedrooms in total, including an upstairs master suite with private ensuite. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.
