Adorable, remodeled, mini-split heat & A/C, 2 bedroom lakeside cottage on the eastern shore of Laurel Lake in northern Pennsylvania, 15 minutes between Montrose, PA and Binghamton, NY. We are happy to open our lake home to new and returning guests. Enjoy a little serenity with family and friends, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life on this beautiful 40 acre lake. Whether it be fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking or relaxing by the campfire or water, there is something for everyone.

Rustic lakeside cabin!

Relax with family at this peaceful retreat in the stunning Endless Mountains region, only 20 min. from Binghamton. The cabin has a loft-like open plan. Please see the ‘details to note’ section about the layout. Two kayaks and a rowboat. No-smoking property. There is a downward incline to the cabin so it is challenging for handicapped individuals. There is no room for large trailers. Cars park on the road, not the driveway. Catch and release fishing. Non motor and electric trolling boats only.

Take a short walk to the local ice cream parlor or stop in to have a beer and the best wings at the Lake View Inn. Short drive to local breweries and two golf courses. No events/parties allowed.

Fieldstone Farm Vacation Rental on Lake Montrose

A beautifully restored early vacation home on Lake Montrose that offers guests private lakefront access directly from the house for boating, fishing and swimming. Kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat and a 28 foot dock are available for your enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the large back deck and lawn area overlooking the lake and the Montrose Golf Club. The home has comfortable open living spaces and is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and area events. There is also a full garage.

From APPROXIMATELY December 1 - March 1, the property is home to a full size sheet of ice. The rink and farm are featured in the 2022 Bauer Hockey holiday catalog. Be sure to bring your skates! A travelling massage therapist may be available for private bookings with a few days notice.

If you are looking to escape to the woods and a lake this is your place. We are 25 minutes from Binghamton, NY and 35 minutes to Elk Mountain PA. Our place is comfortable and is your home for the time you are here. Complete house with lake access from the yard, kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, row boat and more. There is a pavilion, firepit and BBQ grill at your disposal. Peace and quiet with no motors allowed on the lake. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED DUE TO COVID CONCERNS.

Welcome to your home away from home. This bright colourful home in Binghamton New York, is Ryan's childhood home. Built by his Poppa in 1973. We purchased the house in 2021, and had a cosmetic remodel. The house is now complete with modern furniture, fixtures, bedroom sets, and major kitchen appliances all purchased in 2022. We're thrilled to share it with you. Fun fact: the home is only 4 miles away from SUNY B's main campus & 5 miles from the SUNY Community College.
