Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath farmhouse with fenced in backyard. Plenty of room to spread out with a large living room, dining room & kitchen. Enjoy the sunrise from the front porch, and sunset view from the roomy covered porch. Porch can be accessed directly from the master bedroom or sliding doors in dining room. We love hosting families and welcome visitors. Washer/dryer available in garage beside home. We have chickens, a pony (Bud), a pregnant cow (MooMoo) 3 cats and a dog.

Park City Cabana at Tipsy Toad Retreat

Our family has been taking a yearly ski trip to Park City, Utah since 2001. We designed this room to remind us of these trips. The skis & snowboards actually belonged to our kids. This is our BLING room complete with crystal chandeliers – even in the shower. Our goal is to make this room feel like you are sitting in a Ski Lodge at the top of a remote mountain. Don’t forget to sign our guest book.
