Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There are two large sun-filled bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning room and living room. There’s also a third bedroom with a sofa bed for a 5th person or use it as a kids room ( we have portable crib/pack n play, a bassinet and a toddler's matresd). All rooms overlook the gardens with mountain and ocean views. This is a self contained suite in the first level of the house we live on the second floor.

With an ocean view in front of you and the forest behind you, relax in our home located on the south side of Bowen Island in a quiet, family-oriented cul-de-sac just 5 minutes from the golf course and beach, and 15 minutes from Snug Cove. This unique property offers separate access to three bedrooms and a living room, eating area, kitchenette, and sundeck. Note: Kitchenette only - no full-size oven, just a countertop 10-in-1 convection oven. Owners live in the other half of the home.

The Tangled Garden-Waterfront/Private Suite/Beach

Oceanfront with stunning views of Howe Sound/Coastal Mountains (above photo). Close to town, ferry, restaurants. A 10 minute walk through our forest leads to our swimmable beach. Suite is newly renovated with stone fireplace insert, queen bed, new sofa bed, keyless entrance and private deck (bedding and towels provided). Private suite inside of a 3 storey house located within 30min walking (some may find it challenging) distance of the Langdale Ferry Terminal. In the lovely town of Gibsons, it is only a 40 min ferry ride from West Vancouver. Along with fantastic views it offers many great features such as hot tub for your private use available from October 1 to June 30 only. We also have electric car charger available on-site. Eagle Cliff is on the east side of Bowen Island facing north shore mountains and Horseshoe Bay. Our home is a 7-minute drive from Snug Cove towards Hood Point and is situated 80 feet above the waters edge. We are on the 281 bus route. Walking trails interlace the community with access to the beach close by. Relaxing, beautiful views of nature, and many eagles from this suite. BIM license # 0449
