Minutes from Torquay’s marina, it offers a private street entrance, unrestricted parking, and a on-site Tesla charging point. At the front is a sunny decked courtyard area. The idyllic Meadfoot Beach—a local favourite—is just a scenic 10-minute stroll away.

Set in the beautiful Teign Valley, Coombe Top Cabin sits on the edge of Fingle woods (Woodland Trust), offering miles of woodland walks right from the bottom of our drive. The cabin sleeps 2 with all the amenities & wifi. Fully equipped kitchen where you can cook all those special goodies you bought on the way here. Sit under a canopy of trees in the wild flower garden & watch the visiting deer herd. Large back porch for rainy days and Summer evenings. Sincere apologies but NO pets or children.

Springfield Cottage - Cosy Medieval Hall House

Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

It is adjacent to the lake and park - offering fabulous walks on your doorstep. It is conveniently located to explore all that beautiful South Devon has to offer, both the beaches and Dartmoor. It is within a stones throw of the train and bus stations and walking distance to the local market town.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. Maximum of 2 dogs. Charge applies for dogs. Star gazing is perfect in this garden. Look out at the Apple orchard. Chudleigh 5 minute walk to amenities, local country pubs, shops, pottery studio and more. A sunny south facing garden perfect for chilling. The Nook is a romantic luxury cottage providing a peaceful retreat in the heart of Bovey Tracey, nestled on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. Easy to access from the A38 and well connected, which makes this the perfect base to visit the moors, sea, or Cities (Plymouth or Exeter). The cottage has two friendly pubs within 100 yards of the front door and a number of local shops and amenities for you to explore. Not suitable for children and elderly.
