Villa Sofimar smještena je u mirnom mjestu Zubovići, uz samu morsku obalu pokraj impresivne stjenovite klisure. Predivna kamena villa okružena je prostranom okućnicom u mediteranskim stilu i uređena s puno pažnje. On the ground floor is an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a small hallway. The upper floor of the house/attic also has an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Upstairs is one bathroom and one toilet. In the garden is a pool with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a children's playground by the pool.

This lovely apartment is placed in the house which is located outside the city center. The house is surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean vegetation. There are near the house beautiful, natural beaches (approx. 250 m). There is in front of the house a large parking. Nearest small shop is located 10 minutes walking from the house, large stores are located in the center of the town of Pag. Center of the town is a 20 minute walk where there are cafes, restaurants and other tourist offer.
