Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Dista 6 km dalla stazione di La Spezia, dalla quale, in 10 minuti di treno, si raggiungono le Cinque Terre. In poco piu' di 20 minuti di auto si raggiungono le spiaggie di Lerici , Portovenere, Levanto e Monterosso. Nelle vicinanze della casa si trovano il sentiero n 7 del CAI, che porta alle 5 Terre.

Al piano inferiore sono disposte le 2 camere da letto e il salone. Il supermercato e la fermata del bus sono sotto l'appartamento Aria condizionata. Portofino si trova a 1 ora di distanza , Portovenere e le altre cinque terre sono raggiungibili in traghetto , la cui fermata è a pochi minuti dall ‘appartamento.

Carro can be reached only by car, as busses from Sestri are very limitedl!

Welcome in one of the most beatiful village, famous in the world for its small houses and typical narrow streets (vicoli). My apartment is located in the old village far less than 100 mts from the beach and fishing harbour, close to railway station and taxi services as needed. The flat has been completely renewed on 2023, placed at first floor with independent access from the narrow street.
