There is one queen bed in one room and one twin bed in other room so 3 people can comfortably sleep with their privacy. The place is 6 min close to LIRR by car. DoorDash and Uber eats deliver the food easily.

The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.
