Serene cabin nestled in over 100 acres of nature. 10 km of private trails for walking, hiking, skiing, and biking. Excellent opportunity for birdwatchers and nature lovers. Directly across from Hullet Provincial Wildlife area which has 2200 hectares and 12 different public walking trails, lots of connecting snowmobile trails, birdwatching, canoeing and hunting. Both properties are along the South Maitland river and the Atlantic and Mississippi flyways. There are many craft beer breweries and wineries in the area. We are 25 minutes away from Goderich, the prettiest town in Canada and it's 3 beaches along the Lake Huron shoreline. This space has hard wood floors, high ceilings, ceiling fan and heating/central air conditioning. A cozy electric fireplace to relax in winter. Our central location is just minutes away from all 3 theaters, as well as the Avon River, various parks, the tennis club, and all that downtown has to offer. The pool room has a TV, air hockey table, Foosball and basketball game. The fourth bedroom doubles as a board and Video games room/gym and there is a hockey training center on the garage. The fenced backyard has a deck, propane BBQ and seating area, movie screen & projector, trampoline and fire pit (firewood provided). Fun for the whole family!

Welcome to an amazing winter experience in our cozy guesthouse and sauna. Soak in the hot tub, watch a movie in the guesthouse in front of the fireplace and turn on the diffuser to create the most relaxing evening! There are various aromatic oils to choose from. You can also make an outdoor fire in the large firepit. There is plenty of wood on site! Everything you need to unwind, relax and connect with nature! The floor is heated and the fireplace provides additional warmth to the loft bedroom.
