There is a swimming pool 100 metre walk to the main house. Coolum is approximately 15 minutes drive, Noosa & Eumundi Markets are 30 minutes. Montville is just 15 minutes up the hill with a choice of 3 scenic drives. Maroochydore Plaza 15 minutes. Brisbane is 1 1/2 hours drive (to Southside Rocklea), the Woombye train station is 5 minutes away. The Big Pineapple & HQ Zoo, and a great range of eateries like Rick's Garage are nearby.

We expect our guests to be quiet & leave the unit as found, (please do not move furniture or items) 1st floor (via stairs) within a complex of 9. There is a single lock up garage - H1960mm x W2400mm. Enjoy access to the private jetty... swimming, self equipped fishing Duporth Tavern & Ocean St dining precinct are across the road, with Cotton Tree Beach, Sunshine Plaza & Picnic Point just a short walk away.
