Rural country feel with great views of Brush Mountain yet only two miles from the Virginia Tech campus. Within walking distance to Rising Silo Brewery and to Blacksburg’s Heritage Park & Natural Area. Very close proximity to Blacksburg’s McDonald Hollow Trail Network with connections to the Jefferson National Forest, both very popular destinations with hikers and mountain bike enthusiasts.

T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!
