Comfortable, homely beach bach overlooking the ocean. The space has two bedrooms and open plan living area and kitchen. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND PILLOWCASES. Duvets, blankets, pillows and towels provided. The undercover deck is the perfect place to relax and watch the waves. There is WIFI and a TV screen that has an HDMI port, or can be connected to Chromecast (no TV satellite). Tea and coffee (no milk). There isn't a shop at Ocean Beach but Havelock North is just a 20 minute drive away.

Unwind in this beautiful former and fully renovated pottery shop in Otane village - 3 minutes drive from the main highway (easy!). 25 minutes from Hastings, 40 minutes from Napier and only 30-40 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in Hawkes Bay. Our place is fully self-contained. The beautiful original cobble stone floors, high ceilings with its rafters, french doors and modern interior create a light and warm loft-style feeling.

1 bedroom self contained cottage on a peaceful lifestyle block just outside the cute village of Waipawa. 30 Mins from Hastings and Havelock North and less than 10 from Waipukurau. 30 mins from gorgeous beaches. There are pet ducks, chickens, piggies, lambs, goats, 3 dogs and 3 cats around. The dogs have their own area. Enjoy the peaceful rural surrounds and wake up to the sounds of the country. Breakfast provisions are provided. The cottage has its own entrance with parking right outside.

Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar, straw bale home with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley and relax in the natural spring water hot tub. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Breakfast pack for the first day.

Takapau Yurt Experience

Situated in the side garden by the main house on a privately owned sheep farm (42 acres). Stunning views across the valley from behind the yurt and mountain views from the beautiful native garden surrounding the house. Guest bathroom is inside the main house. Breakfast is included and dinner is available at request and additional charge from my fully licenced food truck. Local superette 5mins drive away in the village, several nearby bush walks and wineries within a 15 min drive.

Our house sleeps 15 - 3x bedrooms +bunk room - 9 beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 fold out bed.

It's just a 10 minute walk to the shops, cafes, theatre and is handy to the cycle trails of Central Hawkes Bay. The beaches and Ruahine Ranges are not far away and it's only a 30 - 40 minute drive to Hastings or Napier.

Tai Rua Cottage, on Mangakuri Beach, is a wonderful old school Kiwi bach on a one acre section, on a secluded East Coast Hawkes Bay beach. Perfect for families, friends and well-behaved pets, Mangakuri Beach is fantastic for surfing, snorkelling, fishing and catching crays. It also has fascinating rock pools that are great for paua diving and kids at low tide.
