Downstairs it has bathroom and shower, and the upstairs annex offers comfortable sleeping with king size bed and lovely views across the meadow. Parking is available right outside. The Greyhound Pub has an excellent menu plus real ales, and is a 5 minute walk away, with many other restaurants with takeaway/delivered food available within a 3 mile radius.

Note the size of the bed please (1 x small double) and it has 1 private bathroom, not 1.5!

Logs and a log burner are there for you to get cosy. Pleasant walks begin from the doorstep with maps provided. Peaceful but close to the M42 and rail networks.

It is located within walking distance to the local library, shopping area and family park and is in close proximity to a reliable bus service to West Bromwich, Birmingham City Centre , University of Birmingham and West Midland Safari Park. This new built new furniture house has a unique design with a heart warming welcome host. This new house located 15 mins drive to the Birmingham city centre and only 4 minutes walking distance to the Rowley Regis train station and 7 mins away from motorway M5 junction 2, the closest supermarket Lidl 5 mins walk away or Sainsbury’s in Blackheath high street is 3 mins drive away. Strictly No small/big party allow, NO visitors allow.
