Arlan House is a 14-bedroom hotel right in the heart of Basingstoke located on a quiet residential road. At just 150m from Festival Place, we have excellent connections to all shopping and eating establishments and we are also within walking distance of the Anvil for those who are looking to visit Basingstoke to take in a show. Charming and compact, our Nest rooms are ideal for a short solo stay (unless you're keen to snuggle up). The 160cm-wide bed is extra-long and has luxurious oversize bedding. Just so you know, some Nest rooms at Lucy don't have a wardrobe. You'll have air-conditioning, a nice shower , hair dryer and flatscreen. And most likely, you've come for the location (and potentially our bar and delicious snack menu)

Room 101 at Central Victorian House, Camden

We're proud to offer our latest, premium double room. It boasts an ensuite, free-standing bath with shower and a toilet room. Located at the top of the house it has use of the entire top floor – our very own penthouse! It is a spacious room which combines comfort with many original features. Please be aware that this room is located up 2 flights of stairs and as such requires a certain level of mobility.
